CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

1. 8"x8" All About Me: ABC style!
|
It seems like I've been meaning to create a special book all about me for years, but haven't actually been
able to get around to actually doing it yet. If this sounds familiar, then I invite you to finally join me on this journey.
The ABC style approach will allow me to promise a non-stressful way to journal about yourself. It will contain all sorts
of wonderful things about you: some as fun and silly as your favorite flavor of ice cream and some as deep and
meaningful as your hopes and dreams. Each time we'll create three new two-page layouts in an 8"x8" format.

2. 8"x8" Disney Pages!
|
This is a fun series of 8"x8" pages. We'll use the ABCs as inspiration to create a series of
Disney layouts. In July we'll create layouts for P, Q, and R. August's class features
pages for S, T, and U.

3. 8"x8" Pages for My Favorite Photos!
|
Do you have those specific photos that bring a smile to your face every time you look at them? I have
photos that I love but they are all different occasions and people... the only theme linking them together is that they are
my "favorites." This album will make a wonderful Christmas gift for someone special or great treat for yourself.
This class will meet monthly for four months. You will create three 2-page layouts in each class. They will be
designed so that you can personalize each layout to go with your photos.

4. 12"x12" Little Boy Pages!
|
Kyle's back at it making his most adorable pages for little boys! We'll make two 2-page layouts that
will be 100% boy.
|
|
|
|
|
Disney, Disney, Disney... need I say more? This one is still one of Kyle's favorite themes to design
for. Come make two 2-page layouts and see what he's dreamed up this time.

6. 12"x12" Dog Pages!
|
Kyle has some super cute dog pages ready for this one. We'll make two 2-page layouts for your furry friend
(if you're a cat person, don't fret... Kyle will have new cat-themed layout kits available too!).

|
7. 12"x12" School Pages Thru the Year!
|
Already??? I can't believe the summer is coming to an end. We have another year's worth of photos
to prep for... let's start with two 2-page layouts to start the year off. My goal? To stay ahead of the game.
Look for similar school related classes in the future months to fill your own "yearbook" and by year's end, you'll be sure
to make the grade! Bring your most amusing school photo of yourself to win a prize!

8. 12"x12" Tropical Pages!
|
Come to this one and create two 2-page layouts with a tropical flair perfect for any of those exotic vacation
spots.

9. Baby Boy Book!
|
It's a boy! I just love the new Wild Saffron line from K&Co. Lots of fun chipboard stickers
and beautiful colors. Let's have some fun and create a lil' book just for him. Bring in a
baby photo of yourself and win a special surprise!

10. Baby Girl Book!
|
It's a girl! I fell in love with the Honey Pie line from Cosmo Cricket. I can't wait to create
a beautiful lil' book fit for the princess-to-be. Bring in a baby photo of yourself and win a prize!

11. Baby Shower Book!
|
Congratulations! Baby is on the way... let's make a baby shower book for the parents-to-be.
After all, it just might be the last gift they receive for a while once the baby is born. We'll use lots of fun neutral
colors (I'm lovin' green these days) and fill it with lots of pockets and tags.

12. Back to School Mini Book!
|
Create an adorable album to remember those special back to school memories. Who is your new teacher?
What are the names of your friends? What activities do you like? This album is perfect to gather those back to
school memories and some photos to remember the moments.

|
13. Card Making: How to Scraplift!
|
Everyone loves to receive a special handmade card. Come to this class and let Michelle show you how
easy it is to "scraplift" an idea and make a quick but wonderful card. In this class we'll make 8 cards
each time with a variety of themes for use throughout the year.

|
|
14. Disney Acrylic Book!
|
This one will be filled with all of the magic of Disney. Learn how to work with those fun and playful
clear pages while you complete a wonderful book to hold your favorite Disney photos.

15. Disney Crop Extravaganza!
|
This one's gonna be huge! It's like our National Scrapbook Day Crop complete with games, prizes, an
exclusive 2-page layout kit, goodie bags, Togos lunch, Olive Garden Lasagne dinner, late night ice cream sundaes, snacks,
drinks, and more! So pack up your stuff and deck yourself out in your favorite Disney attire and join us for this magical
day of Disney fun! this one is sure to fill up fast so sign up soon!

16. Dog Mini Book!
|
Love those dogs! They make us laugh, cry, and become part of our families. My own "mini Cooper"
is like my oldest child...! So let's have some fun with this 6"x6" book (bound with the Bind-It-All) and celebrate our
four-legged friends. Bring photos of your dog to share with the class!

17. It's Crop Time!
|
Bring your current project and crop, crop, crop! This is not an instructional class, but rather a
chance to spend time with friends and others who share your love of scrapbooking. It's a wonderful opportunity to share
ideas and learn from what others are doing. No frills, no fuss... just get a lot done.

18. Mommy & Me: Summer Paper Bag Book!
|
Kids love to scrapbook too! This is a great opportunity to
introduce your favorite little one to scrapbooking or a great outing if yours already scrapbooks with you. Geared at
children from 6 to 10 years old, you will assist them in creating their own little masterpiece... a paper bag album to
fill with photos of their summer fun! It's a great project that they can make later at home with a different theme.
Bring summer photos and hang around after class and you both can fill your summer book
and leave with a completed project.

19. Over the Top Cards!
|
Create five unique cards in this one. We'll make embellishments that will push these cards "over the
top" and make them perfect for those special people in your life. They are sure to bring a smile to someone's face when
they receive one of these special cards.

20. Pinecone Press Book Club!
|
This one has been a ton of fun! During each meeting we review and discuss a brand
new idea book, complete a project from it (with a few "Michelle additions"), as well as share our homework from the previous
meeting. It's an exciting class format because each month the theme and products used changes so you get an opportunity
to explore all types of scrapbooking. Book Club meetings are held on the third Tuesday of each month and feature
the newest idea book from Pinecone Press. During each meeting you will receive a copy of the idea book full of
gorgeous color pictures of the latest, greatest techniques and projects. July's book Scribbles
is guaranteed to inspire you to doodle and create your own lettering. In August Sun, Sand, Swim will
be full of great summer ideas. We will be scrapbooking so don't forget your supplies. Your "homework" kit
is full of materials also used in the idea book. Feel free to either make another project in your book or use the
book as inspiration and make something new. Either way... bring your completed "homework" to the next meeting to share
with your fellow Book Club members. Wow, that's even more project ideas! We'll even give you raffle tickets to
win additional prizes for bringing in your completed "homework" or stepping up to one of Michelle's challenges.

21. Recipe Pages!
|
This one's a favorite! Michelle started this class in 2001 and it has been on our calendar ever since!
Recipe books can be a treasured family keepsake or wonderful gifts for a wedding, shower, or housewarming. Come to this
class and we'll help you get started by completing five 5 1/2"x8 1/2" pages. I provide a recipe for each page (some
of our family favorites and a couple of customer contest winners) and maybe even a snack. Don't forget to bring a recipe
to share and earn a chance to win your next Recipe Pages class at half price!

24. Technique Tuesday Event!
|
|
Come to this event and try your hand at stamping. Technique Tuesday offers a wonderful line of clear stamps and related
products that are wonderful additions to scrapbooking and cardmaking. If you're already a fan, still stop by between
noon and 5pm to see their newest products and do a free make-n-take with us. We will also have a the free Summer 2008
Collector Set called Happy available with a $75 purchase of Technique Tuesday products.
