Class and Event Descriptions

8"x8" Disney Pages! The name says it all!  We’re doing it again... 8”x8” layouts featuring the fun and splendor of Disney.  Each layout will have a custom cut title and pre-cut paper piecing embellishments so make sure to bring your tweezers and glue-pens. Oh, and you know Kyle... you’ll probably need foam adhesive :)   Fee $30

8"x8" The Story of Us! Join Michelle in this great new series.  We'll create two two-page layouts celebrating your relationship with your spouse!  Our journey will cover the great parts of the story... how you met, your favorite vacation, and your wedding day... just to name a few!  We’re using the beautiful and versatile lines of Authentique. Complete with lots of great embellishments, this will be a keepsake you’ll treasure for years to come. Fee $30

12”x12” Baby Book Pages! You asked for it... you got it! In this new class series we’ll complete a two-page layout for your favorite little one. Layouts will be different each month and will cover all the necessary baby book themes including firsts, milestones, and more! May’s class will be a layout featuring paper and stickers by Doodlebug Designs... such a cute line! Fee $20

12”x12” Heritage Pages! In this new class series we will make a two-page layout to feature our most treasured memories from the past.  The colors and style will be perfect for those vintage treasures and photos from years gone by. Fee $25

Basic Grey Page-of-the-Month! We are proud to announce we will continue to be a Basic Grey Page-of-the-Month retailer and invite you to complete great layouts with us!  Each month's class will feature a current product line and full packages of embellishments (that means lots of leftovers to bring home!).  In each class we will complete a two-page layout straight from the wonderful designers at Basic Grey that will showcase our favorite photos.  The May layout features the NEW What’s Up line.  The beautiful thing about these layouts is that we use stickers for the titles so you can easily personalize them to suit your photos. Fee $25

Card Making with Shirley! Join Shirley and make some very unique cards. She has a special touch that always shines through... making these cards ones you'll find difficult to send because you'll want to keep them for yourself. Fee $25
 
Crop Extravaganza! Extravaganza says it all!  This one’s gonna be super special as it is National Scrapbook Day! You get to crop whatever projects you are working on during this fun-filled day complete with games, make-n-take projects, prizes, an exclusive 2-page layout kit, free high resolution photo downloads from the event, lunch (Saturday & Sunday), dinner (Friday & Saturday), late night dessert (Saturday only), and more! So get ready to party! Join us for one, two, or all three days to double your fun!  Fee $50 for Friday, $65 for Saturday, and $45 for Sunday.  (two week cancellation policy in effect)

Free Friday Crop! We're still doin' it... NO CROP FEE on Fridays!  Yes... you read that right. Bring your current project and crop, crop, crop!  In fact show up at 10am and you'll have yourself a 14-hour crop at no charge! You still need to call or stop by to reserve your spot because space will be filled on a first come first serve basis. Feel free to bring snacks and drinks (we have a small frig). Look for the back-to-back with a FREE Saturday Crop for extended cropping!

Bring your current project and crop, crop, crop!  This is not an instructional class, but rather a chance to spend time with friends and others who share your love of scrapbooking.  It's a wonderful opportunity to share ideas and learn from what others are doing. Quick Quotes Exclusive Kits! This one comes from the designers at QuickQuotes (the makers of Kyle's favorite inks) and will alternate monthly between layouts and altered art projects. In May we’ll complete layouts fit for so many different themes in Sky’s the Limit! Fee $25 (layout class) and $30 (canvas art) Layouts are on display at the store now!  

Recipe Pages! Recipe books can be a treasured family keepsake or wonderful gifts for a wedding, shower, or housewarming.  Come to this class and we'll help you get started by completing five 5 1/2"x8 1/2" pages. I provide a recipe for each page (some of our family favorites and a couple of customer contest winners) and maybe even a snack. Don't forget to bring a recipe to share and earn a chance to win your next recipe pages class at half price! Fee $27 Stop by the store to see samples from previous classes in the Recipe Pages! series!
